What is included in a Major League Vacation?
A Major League Vacation is an all-inclusive sports travel package consisting of:
all air and ground transportation (rental car or transfers)
deluxe hotel accommodations (often the same hotel as the teams!)
game tickets
pre-game parties featuring complimentary cocktails, hors d'oeuvres and celebrity hosts
complete itinerary guide to all of the weekend's events & happenings
city guides and information on what to see and do in the area
commemorative souvenirs
all taxes and gratuities

Where are the game tickets located?
Only the best available game tickets are given to our customers. You are assured of getting our best tickets by reserving your trip early, as tickets are distributed on a first come-first serve basis. The location of seats will vary from stadium to stadium depending on several non-controllable factors.

How does the cost of a trip breakdown?
Trip prices break down on a "per person" basis depending on how many people will be sharing the hotel room. Advance deposits are always required on any trip, also on a per person basis. All taxes and gratuities are included in the total costs (except rental car tax when applicable).

How are the sleeping arrangements determined?
You control your own room's sleeping arrangements! First, choose how many people in your group that with be sharing your room.
If there are two people
, then you can choose to sleep in either one king/queen size bed or two double beds.
For groups of three or four
, two double beds will be available. Rollaway beds can also be requested, but are subject to hotel availability and local ordinance.

What if my group has additional, special requests?
Our friendly Customer Services department is available Monday through Friday from 9AM to 6PM (EST) to help service any special requests. Specific trip upgrades and/or modifications may require additional charges and time, so please allow sufficient time so that we may have the necessary time to fulfill your requests.

Why is the cost for a single significantly greater than when sharing a room?
Since all hotel room rates are broken down "per room", the cost of a room is split up among those sharing rooms, while single-occupied rooms cannot offer this flexibility.

Is there anyway to shorten or extend a Major League Vacation?
Any Major League Vacation can have a reduced-night stay or extra nights added to your trip. Please make these requests at the time of reserving your trip to avoid any additional surcharges on your travel and accommodations. Major League is also proud to offer personalized, custom trips for all of your sports travel and entertainment needs. Please contact our Customer Services department for details.

Are there any group discounts?
Group discounts are available and may be altered to include a free trip or savings spread through the entire group. Please contact our Customer Services department for more information on our group savings plans for each of our Major League Vacations.

Are there any children's or senior citizen discounts?
For trips excluding all-star games and other major events, a senior discount of 5% and a children's discount (17 years and younger accompanied by two adults) of 10% will be applied toward your trip.

Do my children require game tickets to get into events?
For any all-star game or major sporting event, all persons (including infants) are required to have a ticket for admission, regardless of whether they will utilize a seat or not. For any other regular season games, those patrons not utilizing a seat are not required to show a ticket upon admission.

When will I receive all travel documents, game tickets, etc.?
All of your travel documents, vouchers, game tickets, party admission passes, and itinerary guides will be shipped via overnight express courier 7-10 days before the trip's scheduled departure. Since these are very valuable documents, Major League requires a signature for your documents. No documents will be left at your door unless there is prior written consent to the courier signed by you, the recipient.

Is trip insurance offered?
Insurance on any trip is offered through a third party company that is not affiliated with Major League Vacations. You will receive this information with your trip confirmation and payment schedule after your original reservation.

What if I have any questions or concerns while I am away on the trip?
Our friendly on-site host or 24-hour road-trip assistance telephone line is always accessible to answer any question or concern that you may have during your trip. Check your itinerary guide for how to contact the trip host or contact our Customer Services Department during normal business hours for help.
