Accommodations

Major League Vacations prides itself on getting the best hotel for your trip. We do not use budget hotels or motel/inn type properties. Some of the hotels that we use include Hyatt, Hilton, Marriott, Embassy Suites, DoubleTree, and Crowne Plaza. If you are going away, we want you to be extremely comfortable and staying in a deluxe property with great facilities and amenities is our first priority. The location of the hotel, either near the stadium or in downtown near the heart of great nightlife, is also very important.

Your hotel room can include either two double beds or one king/queen size bed and are subject to availability. Rollaway cots can be requested but are subject to availability and local ordinance.

Upgrades to executive rooms and suites are also available, but are subject to hotel availability. For more information on an upgraded hotel room for a particular trip, please call our Customer Service Department.

Game Tickets

Game tickets are distributed on a first-come, first-serve basis. Ticket locations vary from stadium to stadium. Please call our Customer Service Department for more information regarding seats to a particular game.

Trip Hosts

On-site, 24-hour trip hosting is also available. You can also contact our Road-Trip Assistance line at any time during your vacation where any questions or concerns may be addressed.

Rental Cars

Upon reserving your trip, our representative will ask you who will be the driver of your car. Rental car drivers must be at least 25 years of age, have a valid driver's license, and major credit card in his/her name (NO DEBIT CARDS). If one of these criteria is not met, the person will not be allowed to drive the car from the lot. A name change can be made on the rental car driver; however, it must be done at least 7 days prior to trip departure.

An upgrade on your mid-size rental car is also available, although your group will be responsible to pay for the difference in price from the mid-size. We will make the full-size, luxury, or convertible reservation for you and provide you with a rental car voucher in the amount of the mid-size rental car.

All options including additional drivers, insurance, and gas are paid for by the driver and NOT Major League Vacations.

A rental car reservation may be made for someone younger than 25 years of age as long as they possess a valid driver's license and major credit card in his/her name (NO DEBIT CARDS). This incurs an additional fee to be paid for by the driver and NOT Major League Vacations.

Transfers

On some air travel trips, transfers to/ from the hotel and airport are provided. The shuttle picks up right at the airport and takes you directly to your hotel. On your return day, the shuttle picks up at the hotel and takes you directly to your airline's terminal. Please follow the directions outlined on your trip itinerary.

Extended Stay

Any Major League Vacation can be extended for any length of time either before or after the original trip dates. In fact, many customers extend their trip for a spectacular vacation, not just a football weekend road-trip. Please note that there are additional charges for hotel, rental car, etc. which must be paid prior to departure.

Trip Insurance

Trip cancellation insurance is recommended and upon reservation we will send you the information from Access America Travel Insurance. Trip insurance is not mandatory for a Major League Vacation.

Payment

Please note that all trips require a 50% deposit per person. All final balances are due 60 days prior to your trip's departure date. Methods of payment accepted are: check, money order, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover.

Taxes and Gratuities

Major League Vacations trip cost includes taxes and gratuities. However, where rental cars are part of the trip package, a rental car tax (just a nominal fee per day) is charged and paid directly to the providing rental car agency (amount varies from city to city). Other gratuities, such as tips, are not included and are at your own discretion.

Cancellations & Refunds

Reservations cancelled 60 days or more prior to departure are subject to a $25 cancellation fee plus applicable airline and hotel surcharges.

Reservations cancelled between 46 and 59 days prior to departure are subject to a $50 cancellation fee plus applicable airline and hotel surcharges.

Reservations cancelled 45 days or less prior to departure are subject to 100% cancellation penalty.

All cancellation fees are per person. Please note that airline tickets are non-refundable.
